Coral Academy of Science

Coral Academy of Science of Las Vegas, rated “BBB-“ by Standard and Poor’s, issued $9.3 million to finance the purchase of the Academy’s Sandy Ridge campus. The campus consists of a 35,944 square foot, two story classroom building and an 8,212 square foot auditorium located on five acres.   Campanile Group, Inc.  provides post-issuance compliance services.  John Phan, Principal, served as the Academy’s advisor, while at a prior firm.  John has helped the Academy on three bond financings since 2014.
