Woodbury University
Woodbury University is the second oldest institution of higher education in Los Angeles. Founded in 1884 as a private, non-profit institution, by F. C. Woodbury, a prominent Los Angeles entrepreneur who sought to address the City’s growing business community
Woodbury University closed on a $38.5 million bank loan to refinance prior bonds and finance capital projects. John Phan, Principal, served as the University’s advisor, while at a prior firm.
