John Adams Academy

John Adams Academy, Lincoln, California, issued $34.9 million to fund the construction of a 96,514 square foot building with capacity for 1,550 students in 65 classrooms, an indoor gymnasium, multipurpose rooms and offices, outdoor play areas, a parking lot, site improvements, on-site lighting, and fencing.  John Phan, Principal, served as the Academy’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.
