Ivy Academia

Ivy Academia issued $24.8 million to finance its campus, consisting of 12 buildings totaling 56,311 square feet located on an approximately 8.56 acre parcel including classrooms, administrative space, gymnasium, two swimming pools, play fields and athletic fields, and parking.   The campus will accommodate 1,200 students in grades TK through 12.  John Phan, Principal, served as the Academy’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.
