TEACH Public Schools

TEACH Public Schools in Los Angeles, California, issued $22.3 million to acquire its elementary school, high school and resource center facility.  The elementary school facility is a 11,465 square foot single-story building on a 0.46 acre site. The high school facility is a 25,515 square foot two-story building on a 0.37 acre site.  Campanile Group, Inc.  provides post-issuance compliance services.  John Phan, Principal, served as TEACH’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.  John has helped TEACH finance all three of its schools since 2016.
