Cosumnes Community Service District

Cosumnes Community Service District provides fire protection services including fire suppression, fire prevention, inspection, plan checking and public education programs and provides emergency medical services, ambulance transport, advanced life support and rescue services. In addition, the District provides parks, recreation facilities and programs.

The District, rated “A+” by Standard and Poor’s, issued $9.1 million to refinance a portion of the District’s unfunded actuarial accrued liability with respect to the District’s Public Employees’ Retirement System obligations.  John Phan, Principal, served as the District’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.
