Franklin Phonetic Charter School

Franklin Phonetic Charter School, located in Prescott Valley, Arizona, issued $6.7 million to refinance prior bonds and to fund the construction of additional classrooms.  John Phan, Principal, served as the School’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.
