Marshall B. Ketchum University

Marshall B. Ketchum University embarked on a transformative change from a single disciplinary College to a multidisciplinary University with the addition of a School of Physician Assistant and College of Pharmacy. 

The University closed on a $36 million bank loan to refinance prior bonds, finance improvements to the University’s Fullerton campus, and finance the acquisition of an Anaheim campus. John Phan, Principal, served as the University’s advisor, while at a prior firm.
