Garden Grove Agency for Community

The Successor Agency to the Garden Grove Agency for Community issued new money tax allocation bonds.  The project included the construction of a luxury suite hotel, the Great Wolf Water Park, four restaurants, meeting space and other amenities. It is expected to produce property taxes, sales taxes and transient occupancy taxes exceeding $9 million annually.  John Phan, Principal, served as the Agency’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.
