American Charter Schools Foundation, with schools throughout Arizona, issued $73.9 million to refinance prior bonds that originally financed 10 of the Foundation’s schools.  Campanile Group, Inc.  provides post-issuance compliance services.  John Phan, Principal, served as the School’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.
