Downtown College Prep

Downtown College Prep (“DCP”), located in the Bay Area, issued $36.4 million to finance the acquisition and construction of three DCP schools, DCP – Alum Rock Middle, DCP – El Primero Middle and DCP El Primero High School.  John Phan, Principal, served as the DCP’s advisor, while at a prior firm.
