Bright Star Schools issued $24.9 million to acquire a 2.3-acre site to construct a 30,000 square foot facility for Valor High School to serve 500 students in grade 9-12, and to construct a new two-story facility for Stella Middle Charter School to serve 500 students in grades 5-8.  John Phan, Principal, served as the Schools’ advisor, while at a prior firm.
