Alta Public Schools

Alta Public Schools issued $7.46 million to finance the purchase and construction of its elementary school, Academia Moderna located in Huntington Park, California.  The construction will double the capacity of the school creating a  total of 18 new clasrooms, a library, muti-purpose room for a total of 25,169 square feet. Campanile Group, Inc.  provides post-issuance compliance services.  John Phan, Principal, served as the Academy’s advisor, while at a prior firm.  John has helped the Academy on three financings since 2014.
