Rowland Water District

The Rowland Water District was formed in 1953 for the purpose of operating a water system for residents and businesses located within the boundaries of the District. The District’s service area encompasses approximately 17.2 square miles and includes certain unincorporated areas of southeastern Los Angeles County, including portions of Rowland Heights, La Puente, Hacienda Heights, the City of Industry and the City of West Covina. The District contains residential, commercial and industrial development.

 

Rowland Water District, rated “AA-“ by Standard and Poor’s, issued $20.06 million to refinance prior bonds.  John Phan, Principal, served as the District’ advisor, while at a prior firm.
