Sonoran Science Academy

Sonoran Science Academy, Phoenix, Arizona, closed on a $7.4 million bank loan to acquire an existing school campus consisting of 10 buildings totaling 40,345 square feet on 3.23 acres.   The bank loan also financed the construction of school facilities consisting of 22 classrooms of approximately 750 square feet each.  John Phan, Principal, served as the Academy’s advisor, while at a prior firm.  John has helped Sonoran Schools closed 3 bank loans for 4 of its schools.
