John Adams Academy

John Adams Academy, Lincoln, California, issued $11.6 million to finance the expansion and improvement of the Academy’s existing facilities, including constructing a 9,600 square foot multi-purpose room and acquiring 5.46 acres of real property formerly utilized by Heald College.  John Phan, Principal, served as the Academy’s advisor, while at a prior firm.  John has advised John Adams Academies on three bond financings since 2015.
