Ednovate

Ednovate issued $15.1 million to finance the acquisition and construction for its Legacy College Prep High School located in Santa Ana, California.  The campus will consist of approximately 29,500 square foot two-story building with 19 classrooms, administrative space and play grounds.  The campus will accommodate 460, 9-12 grade students.  John Phan, Principal, served as the School’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.
