Fenton Charter Schools

Fenton Charter Schools, rated “BB+” by Standard and Poor’s, issued $21.7 million in 2020 to refinance New Market Tax Credit loans and fund the construction of its elementary school campus to accommodate 1,100 students.  John Phan, Principal, served as Fenton’s municipal advisor, while at a prior firm.
